My 2014 Mazda hasn’t looked this good since it rolled off the lot. Joe was very welcoming. Full exterior and interior cleaning was done in a day. they got out all the pet hair, dirt, and saw dust. I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to protect it against our Michigan weather. I had it undercoated/rust protection and Ceramic Coated. Even though it was a new vehicle just purchased off the lot , it had scratches all through the paint. Check out the photo's. Joe the owner had me discuss with is daughter Erin to rub out the paint before she ceramic coated and what a job she did! My Ram 3500 truck looks absolutely beautiful. Fantastic Service! We had my husband's work truck done in the fall and it was a MESS. It was really filthy. It came back for Novi Car/Truck looking like new. The dirt was GONE - Armorall was applied to all vinyl/leather surfaces. It looked amazing. So, this spring when it was time to get my Expedition done, I didn't think twice. Took it back to Novi Car/Truck. Just picked it up this afternoon and it looks amazing. PLUS, they were kind enough to drive from Milford to Novi for a Saturday pickup (outside of their normal business hours). Super nice people, super good work!

I had a 5 star experience today at Novi Car & Truck! called all over the area looking for a company that would install my running boards from my old Ram 1500 to my new vehicle I just got. No one out of 14 places I called would do it. I called these guys and said I needed it done quickly so they took me in right away and installed my running boards in 45minutes. I even had a few bolts that were rusted and they replaced those too. Very friendly and great work at a very reasonable price! I will be going back here for all custom after-market accessories for my new vehicle in the future!!!!! Again....very good service that was done by a professional doing this kind of work all his life. Plus they are a family owned business as well!

Found Joe on Google. Needed my car done in one day it was 10:00 Am. He was my third call. Left a message and he called me back. He said if I could get there by noon he would stay to get it done. I had a lunch meeting for the next day in Kalamazoo and I could not take them out in my car the way it looked. I showed up at 11:50 Am and he took it in and said he would call me but he should have it done by 6:00 Pm At 5:30 Pm he called me to come and pick it up. It looked showroom ready and I am in my car a lot. I eat in it and put about 35,000 miles a year on it. Bought it almost three years ago. He Detailed it including the trunk, engine, inside and out. He suggested that I acid wash it because it is white and it had a lot of little orange spots which he said was rust starting to show through. I tried but I could not remove it with my finger nail. When I picked it up, all the bug spots on the front were gone as well as the orange spots. I would highly recommend him for your detailing needs. He was amazing. I run a large business with a big fleet. I will be using him going forward when I need to detail other cars
